### Information you send us

When you use our [contact form](https://brightmachine.uk/contact) we collect your name, how you would like to be contacted, your email address and/or telephone number, a preferred time to call and your message. The form sends this to us by email. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that work. If you email us directly, we receive the details included in your email.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

### Cookies

This website sets two cookies: a session cookie and a security token (XSRF-TOKEN) that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work and expire after two hours. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

### Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to count page views. Fathom does not use cookies and does not collect personal information that identifies individual visitors.

### Third-party services

The site is delivered through Cloudflare and loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts. When your browser requests these resources, those providers receive your IP address and browser details as part of the request, under their own privacy policies.

### Sharing your information

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. We will only disclose it where we are required to by law.

### Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Email and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at [ico.org.uk](https://ico.org.uk).
